Miamians who want to balance their partying with peacefulness need only wait a little while longer.

E11EVEN Partners, which also owns E11EVEN nightclub, and Property Markets Group (PMG) are developing E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami in downtown on 20 NE 11th St. across the street from the club, according to a press release. The 65-story tower will feature 375 hotel rooms and furnished condo units, with studios starting at $300,000. Amenities include a pool, gym and Miami’s first Chopra Spa & Studio — from wellness guru Dr. Deepak Chopra. Sales are anticipated to start in early 2021.

According to the current timeline, construction will start during the fourth quarter 2021 and take two years.

“Now more than ever, health is at the forefront of everything we do,” said Ryan Shear, managing partner of PMG, co-developer of the project, in the press release. “This partnership highlights our commitment to providing the very best for everyone who will live and enjoy E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami.”

Chopra — who catapulted to fame after a 1993 interview with Oprah — opened his first wellness center in 1996.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and PMG hired Sieger Suarez Architects to design the project.

PMG also is developing a 49-story co-living and hotel tower called Society Biscayne in downtown at 400 Biscayne Blvd.
