Cecilia St. Hilaire has joined the Center for Creative Education in West Palm Beach as director of development. The organization has provided arts integration services to Palm Beach County students for nearly 20 years.

HEALTHCARE

Mark E. Doyle has been named administrator and chief executive officer for Memorial Hospital Pembroke. He recently worked as the interim chief financial officer for Memorial Healthcare System. From 2010-2013, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer for St. Vincent Healthcare System in Jacksonville. Doyle has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

LAW

Jennifer E. Okcular has been named a shareholder at Nelson & Nelson, which has offices in North Miami Beach and Miami. Before, she was an associate. She practices primarily in the areas of tax, estate planning, asset protection planning and probate administration. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a law degree from Stetson University.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Yudi Fernandez has been promoted to account director from senior account executive in the real estate and professional services practice at Schwartz Media Strategies. She attended the University of Florida.

TECHNOLOGY

Geir Ramleth has been named senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix Systems, and will be based in Santa Clara, California. He is the former senior vice president and chief information officer of Bechtel.
