Another warm, dry day for Central Florida to close out weekend

Central Florida weather is enjoying a cut-and-paste set of conditions Sunday with a repeat of the rain-free, sunny, warm day served up on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

The lack of moisture means near 0% chance for rain across the region, a pattern that will continue into the early part of the week before ramping up to the normal afternoon thunderstorms that are typically on the Florida menu by Tuesday.

Temperatures in the interior including Orlando are forecast to climb into the low 90s with upper 80s on the coast.

At the beaches, a moderate rip current risk remains in place with 2- to 3-foot waves.

Overnight lows will fall to the low to mid 70s, but could venture into the upper 60s for some rural areas.
