We know you’re here for the big game and all the parties and activities surrounding it. There are plenty of parties and activities to keep you busy.

But sometimes, you need a break.

You can (and should) go to the beach. But there’s more to do in South Florida than work on your tan, and some of it is actually pretty entertaining even if you can’t bet on it.

Here are a few of our favorite things to do in and around Miami.

Explore the Everglades

There are a couple of different ways to do this. Head to Shark Valley and ride a bike or take a tram tour or head to the Homestead entrance and walk the Anhinga Trail. Either choice will result in gators,
