Tickets are now on sale for the 2026 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, with dining and wine events stretching from Fort Lauderdale to the furthest reaches of South Miami-Dade.

The festival, which celebrates its 25th year this time around, runs from Feb. 19-22 at venues around Miami Beach and beyond, with more than 100 food and wine events, including walk-around tastings, intimate dinners, brunches, classes, late night gatherings and appearances from Food Network stars.

Festival founder Lee Brian Schrager said that celebrating the event’s 25th year is “an incredible moment.”

“From its early days with just 7,000 attendees to becoming one of the nation’s largest food festivals, South Beach Wine and Food Festival has always been about connecting people to incredible food, drink and culture, while supporting the next generation of hospitality leaders from FIU,” he said. “This year’s lineup honors the chefs and talent who have helped shape our legacy.”

One such talent is Miami native Michelle Bernstein of Sra. Martinez, a chef who helped put the city on the culinary map, who will be honored at the festival’s annual tribute dinner on Feb. 21. This is the first time the tribute, which will feature Bobby Flay as its master of ceremonies, has honored a chef from South Florida (one that has participated every single year).

There are other first-time events, too, like the opening night kick off with Diplo, an evening hosted by David Grutman and Groot Hospitality at the Grand Tasting Village. This is the first time for a night-time event at the space, which hosts the Grand Tastings on Feb. 21 and 22.

Other new events include a dessert walk-around party with pastry chef Duff Goldman; Las Lap Link Up, which celebrates Afro-Caribbean cuisine at the Kimpton Surfcomber hotel; lunch with Martha Stewart and vintner Sacha Lichine at Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami Beach; and a family barbecue with the Zakarians, which features barbecue from the ever-popular Apocalypse BBQ in Kendall.

There’s also a late night pizza party with model Ashley Graham, Michael Pirolo of Macchialina and Philly’s Marc Vetri and a “Sunday Parm” night at the Rubell Museum in Allapattah, as well as a Sunday brunch at Ford’s Farm, chef Jeremy Ford’s 5-and-a-half acre property in Redland.

Old favorites are on the agenda, too, like Burger Bash, where restaurants vie for the title of best burger; the Overtown Brunch with Marcus Samuelsson of Red Rooster; Guy Fieri’s Tournament of Champions Live; and the Aaron Sanchez-hosted Tacos & Tequila. The festival also returns to Fort Lauderdale for two dinners, one with chef Daniel Ganem of Daniel’s and chef John Tesar, the other with Alex Guarnaschelli with Anthony Vitolo at Vitolo.

All proceeds from the festival benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University.
