Yes, chef!

At long last, we have a set date for the opening of the highly anticipated Hell’s Kitchen in Miami.

Gordon Ramsay’s “multi-national” restaurant, named after his long running reality show, will open it doors Saturday for dinner service.

The sprawling 16,000 square foot, two story space, complete with fiery murals and open kitchen, is meant to resemble the set from the Fox reality show.

The menu will include many familiar items the hotheaded Scot made his contestants prepare under duress; e.g., Beef Wellington, Pan Seared Scallops and Crispy Skin Salmon. For dessert? Sticky Toffee Pudding.

It’s unclear if Ramsay will show up Saturday night to greet the crowd with a friendly curse-out or two. What we do know is that as of Thursday afternoon, is that HK was no longer taking reservations. It’s fully booked.

But you’ll be seeing more and more of the anger-prone, Michelin-starred restaurateur around. Ramsay’s next spot slated for the 305 is his spin on Asian cocktail dens, Lucky Cat, in South Beach.

Apparently, the 56 year old really, really likes it here and probably won’t be mean to you see him on the street and ask politely for a selfie.

“Miami is such a special place – the culture, the food, and the people are unmatched,” said Ramsay in a statement. “I’ve been a huge fan of the Magic City for so many years and couldn’t be more excited to officially open a restaurant here.”
