Aventura is getting its own taste of something sweet faster than expected.

The international hit Sugar Factory has just opened another restaurant at the Aventura Mall, a week after opening a restaurant at Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami (just in time to catch some business from Ultra Music Festival, which runs March 25-27 at Bayfront Park).

Famous for its Instagrammable desserts and smoking cocktails curated by celebrities like Nick Jonas, Pitbull, Bruno Mars, Lisa Vanderpump, Drake and The Chainsmokers, Sugar Factory completed the Aventura space faster than expected, a spokesperson said. The Aventura spot is the company’s third in Miami-Dade County (there’s one on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach and a smaller Sugar Factory Express scheduled to open sometime in the future on Española Way).

“We are so excited to introduce our fun, family-friendly band to the Aventura area,” said owner Charissa Davidovici in a statement. “From our photo op walls to our staff, every element at Sugar Factory American Brasserie Aventura is designed to give guests a memorable, Instagrammable experience from the minute they walk into the minute they leave.”

There’s more content for your TikTok, too: The Aventura restaurant is a bit different than its Bayside cousin. It’s bigger, with 7,000 square feet, and there’s an indoor dining room that seats 100, a 20-seat bar plus seating for 50 outside on the patio. There’s also a private “Pretty in Pink” dining room for up to 24 guests.

In front of the restaurant, you can pose in front of an “I Heart MIA” installation designed by local artist Jenny Perez. It’s her first sculpture, a “tribute to South Florida,” according to Sugar Factory.

The menu will be familiar to Sugar Factory fans. You’ll find the rainbow pancakes, topped with chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries and whipped cream, as well as rainbow sliders served on colorful buns. The Big Cheesy Burger is topped with white cheddar, mac and cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce. You can also find pastas, sandwiches and salads.

The Insane Milkshakes are here, too, as well as the monster King Kong Sundae, which serves up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream slathered in sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel, fudge sauce and giant swirl pops.
