This new pizzeria and sports bar in Wynwood has VIP service — and a mimosa tower

There are things you need to live a happy life. Among them are pizza, beer and a mimosa tower.
You will find all of the above, and more, at the new open-air Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden, opening later this month in Wynwood.
This will be the first Miami location for the Arizona-based concept from Evening Entertainment Group, which has restaurants in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth and Scottsdale, Arizona. Two more locations are soon to be added in Las Vegas and Nashville.
“We are excited to be expanding the Bottled Blonde brand into the Miami/Wynwood market,” said Les Corieri, co-founder of Evening Entertainment. ”Miami has always been on the top of our list, and we are confident that our brand aligns perfectly with this beautiful, fun and fast-paced city.”
Like many Wynwood hot spots, the 9,000-square-foot spot, a hybrid of Italian restaurant and German beer garden, has two personas. During the day, the 49 TVs and two 24-foot projector walls indicate that this will be a sports lover’s dream for college and professional sports as well as UFC fights.

Eat seafood or salads, pasta or pizza (there’s a new specialty pizza every month). Or throw caution to the wind and load up on appetizers like chicken wings, truffle fries and pepperoni pizza rolls. Watch the game. Sip a craft beer. Chill until your team turns the ball over.
At night, though, the vibe switches into overdrive with high-tech sound and lighting systems, turning Bottled Blonde into a night club with VIP tables and bottle service. Every month, Bottled Blonde will feature a new signature cocktail.
And then there’s that mimosa tower, 100 ounces of bubbly, juice and and sheer joy, with three bottles of champagne in each tower for $80. Your choice of juice. They’re half price before 4 p.m. on Sundays, so if you’re there to enjoy the brunch menu, you may want to order one for the table. That way, even if your team loses, you won’t be sad.
