Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar has made itself a home in South Florida, with eight locations stretching from Doral to Boca Raton.

And now, it’s coming to Kendall.

The restaurant and bar, known for its bottomless brunches and more than 42 beers on tap, will open its ninth location at the Palms at Town & Country Center in Kendall. It will take over the former space of Cadillac Ranch.

Partner and vice president of development Alex Rudolph said the Kendall market has long been attractive to the brand and that the chance to have a separate building with a large, covered patio on the development’s lake was a “no-brainer.”

“Our loyal guests have been asking for us to open in Kendall for years, specifically in the Palms at Town & Country, which we feel is the premier center in Southwest Miami-Dade,” he said in a statement.

At 7,850 square feet, the Kendall restaurant will be the brand’s biggest space. The menu will be familiar, with appetizers like chicken lettuce wraps, short rib sliders and spicy tuna tartare, salads, sandwiches and entrees like the Salmon Zen bowl, with pan fried rice, vegetable stir fry, truffle miso glaze and toasted sesame.

You can also expect weekly specials and the beloved $25 bottomless brunch every weekend from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. with mimosas, bloody marys, Funky Buddha Floridian and 42 Hazy Days. On Mondays, meat lovers will be able to order Tap 42’s popular Prohibition burger for half price.

The first Tap 42, on Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, was an instant hit when it opened in 2011. There are also locations in Aventura, Doral, Midtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coral Springs, Davie and Boca Raton.
