Jared Kushner’s family real estate company is bringing two international culinary concepts to its $80 million project in Wynwood.

Narbona, a Uruguay-based restaurant with two locations already in Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove, will anchor a 5,000 square-foot space in WYND, a 1.5 acre mixed-used development that Kushner real estate company and Block Capital Group are developing in the heart of Miami’s former grungy art district.

Next to it, the developers have leased another 5,000 square-foot space to the first U.S. outpost of Presidente Bar, an Argentine cocktail bar that was recently listed in the final spot among the World’s 50 Best Bars. It has drawn a laundry list of stars and celebrities, including Coldplay, Maluma, Red Hot Chili Peppers and fútbol star Lionel Messi.

You may want to eat something in the meantime: The project isn’t set to open until late 2022.

Narbona will be more than a sit-down restaurant. It will also feature a specialty market, including local, organic products, cheeses, breads and produce. Think of it as an attempt to bring Wynwood a Perricone’s

“We think Wynwood is changing into a more residential and office area,” Jeronimo Canton, owner of Narbona, wrote in a press release. “This is a perfect timing for us to open our multifunctional market and take our brand to the next level.”

More than 30 percent of the development — which includes 46,000 square feet of office space, and 33,500 of retail, topped by 152 luxury apartments — has already been leased, according to Kushner.

Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump son-in-law whose father founded the Kushner firm, has already leased an office in Sunny Isles Beach. He and wife Ivanka Trump are building a home on a $30 million property they bought in Indian Creek Village.
