America’s best new restaurant and America’s best pastry chef team up for one night in Miami
What happens when Esquire’s Pastry Chef of the Year meets Esquire’s Best New Restaurant?
Find out Jan. 7 when Venezuelan chef Enrique Limardo of Washington, D.C. pan-Latin eatery Seven Reasons joins Miami pastry maestro Antonio Bachour at his eponymous Coral Gables bakery/restaurant for a one-night-only dining extravaganza.
Limardo, whose restaurant was also named the no. 1 restaurant in D.C. by the Washington Post, will prepare four of the evening’s six courses while Bachour will contribute two plated desserts.
This is the first of a monthly dinner series Bachour will be hosting featuring collabs with out of town chefs.
