Some juicy “Real Housewives of Miami” gossip to start your workweek:

Alexia and Todd Nepola just can’t seem to quit each other. The former reality stars (the show is on pause) just bought a house together in Miami Beach, the Miami Herald has learned.

Despite the on-again pair’s divorce being finalized last March, they snatched up one of 15 unique, single-family homes in The Ritz-Carlton Villa Collection.

The 4,185-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence has more than enough room for their blended family, which includes two children apiece from former relationships. Cost? $5.3 million.

The luxury Meridian Avenue development is part of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, completed in 2021. The two-story pad belonged to cryptocurrency exec Zach Witkoff, CEO of the Trump family’s crypto business, World Liberty Finance. Witkoff was represented by Devin Kay of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman. Nepola, who happens to be a big-time real estate developer, represented himself in the deal.

Designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, internationally known for “giving minimalism soul,” the villas are on a whole other level.

The Nepolas won’t be wanting for much at the sleek oasis that has both the comforts of home and world-class amenities. All residents have access to such resort-like perks as an infinity-edge pool, meditation garden, clubhouse with bar, cinema-style screening room and spa/fitness center. All are located in the main residences just steps away.

If any needs fall outside the compound, a Ritz concierge offers myriad services in the 305, including pet care, salon reservations, wake-up calls and show tickets.

Alexia, who will take the stage with bestie Marysol Patton at Miami Improv Tuesday night, did not respond to a request for comment about her love life, but did tell the Miami Herald she had a “personal project” in the works.
