Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova share some big news in Miami
Baby makes six!
In an uncharacteristic move, one of Miami’s most private celebrity couples, Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova, shared a joint birth announcement on Instagram Monday. The child was born last Wednesday, according to the post.
“My Sunshine 12.17.2025,” read the post next to a picture of an adorable sleeping newborn still in his or her hospital-issued pink and blue blanket and beanie.
The wee one joins siblings Mary, 5, and twins Lucy and Nicholas, 8, at home.
So, boy or girl? You didn’t really expect this low-key pair to share that much information, did you? All in due time, perhaps. Or not. You never know with Iglesias and Kournikova, who have been living in the 305 for 20-plus years, but are rarely spotted around town.
OK, granted, we were aware Kournikova was pregnant, thanks to stealthy paparazzi who trailed the former tennis player (and her bump) a few months ago while toting the kids to school. But if the 44-year-old Russian threw a baby shower or gender reveal, fans were definitely not alerted. Heck, Kournikova’s last post before this most recent one was from October, right before Halloween.
OK: We do know a little more about this reclusive duo who met on the set of Iglesias’ music video for “Escape” in 2001. They appear to be in South Florida to stay — with the room to expand their family even more.
In July, Iglesias and Kournikova planted even more stakes in Bay Point, the gated community north of downtown Miami where they’ve been for eons. A company tied to the 50-year-old pop singer paid $6.5 million for a five-bedroom home on the same block where they currently reside. The waterfront compound now encompasses a whopping 2.5 acres.
