Hey, NYers! ‘Million Dollar Listing’ star flipping $10M home in Miami
Josh Flagg is making major moves in the Magic City.
The “Million Dollar Listing” star just put his Miami Beach mansion on the market, TMZ first reported. The Bravolebrity and his family’s eponymous private real estate company purchased the sweet crib in the summer of 2023 for $4.25M.
A lot has changed since then, especially the political climate in New York City, which just elected a democratic socialist mayor, Zohran Mamdani. A lot of 1 percenters are said to be fleeing to Florida concerned about his progressive policies such as rent freezes and free transportation, as well as possible higher taxes.
“The minute New York elected Mamdani, I called my broker Jordan Karp. I didn’t even wait for the acceptance speech,” Flagg told TMZ. “A week later, everyone from Manhattan claims they ‘escaped New York,’ like they tunneled out of Shawshank with a Birkin.”
City slickers will definitely get a bang for their buck with this place, which is a lot more spacious than a shoebox on the Upper East Side.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom Mediterranean-style villa spans approximately 4,000 square feet. Plus, it has cool perks like vaulted ceilings, a limestone fireplace, hardwood floors, and something you’d never get in the gritty city — a vast yard with lush greenery and a cold plunge pool.
The high-end 305 neighborhood is definitely on the same level as Park Avenue, but much closer to the ocean. The home is located on North Bay Road, aka “Billionaires’ Row,” where David and Victoria Beckham bought a spec mansion last year.
The new homeowner can borrow sugar from such neighbors as Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss.
“Resort-style living in one of Miami Beach’s most coveted addresses,” reads the description on the realtor’s Instagram page.
As for Flagg, he still lives in Beverly Hills and said he never spent one night in this palatial estate. The flip is just “business.”
