David and Victoria Beckham are expanding their real estate portfolio in South Florida in a big way.

The power couple are buying a spec house at 4736 North Bay Road in Miami Beach, The Real Deal first reported.

The Beckhams’ purchase of the waterfront mansion asking a cool $80 million is currently pending.

The retired soccer star and fashion designer had their eyes set on the massive nine-bedroom, nine bathroom estate, and it’s not hard to see why.

Highlights of the stunning, two-level crib include a gym, spa, theater, four powder rooms, 124 feet of water frontage, dock, pool, outdoor kitchen and of course, amazing sunset views.

Developer Niklas de la Motte hired celebrity builder Bart Reines for the job; Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty is the listing agent, who calls it a “custom built modern masterpiece.”

What the British parents of four will do with the property is unclear. They already have a luxury pied-à-terre in downtown Miami. In 2020, they bought a full-floor, 10,000 square foot condo at the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum for close to $20M. The couple are often seen working out at the luxe gym there.
