Timing is everything for Marysol Patton, who is letting go of an important part of her past.

The “Real Housewives of MiamI” star has decided to sell her mother Elsa Patton’s home in Coconut Grove six years after her death.

“I finally feel ready,” the Bravolebrity told the Miami Herald. “It’s an emotional thing.”

Longtime fans may recall many scenes filmed at the sprawling waterfront property back when Mama Elsa appeared on the show starting on Season 1, from 2011 to 2013.

The Cuban bon vivant was often seen dressed up to the nines in her glamorous caftans, doling out spot-on advice, ripping on her daughter’s castmates or sipping on a glass of wine or two.

The hysterically eccentric supporting character and self-proclaimed psychic passed away from stroke complications at the age of 84 in 2019. Since then, Patton held onto her sprawling waterfront compound, which Elsa and her late husband Donald bought in the early ‘90s.

Built in 1958, the charmingly retro 3,899 square foot, four bedroom, four bathroom property is going for $4.95 million. The two-story house sits on the Rockerman Canal on South Bayshore Drive and comes with a dock, volume ceilings, two kitchens, Spanish tiles throughout and coral rock on the exterior.

Also included in the price: Endless cocktail conversation fodder and great juju from Mama Elsa.

“Mom entertained a lot there, it’s great for parties,” says Patton, adding various other celebrities have graced this “magical place” over the years. Neighbors told her family that Tennessee Williams rented it back in the 1970s and was often seen on the balcony with his typewriter.

The 58-year-old reality star is doing the heavy lifting — putting on her real estate pro hat and handling the listing herself. Interested? Email her at pattonmar@aol.com.
