We’re so sure she has a standing invitation, but Rihanna didn’t make the Met Gala this year.

The pop star has memorably shut down the red carpet at the annual fashion fundraiser in NYC that she’s attended a whopping 10 times, but life had other plans.

Perhaps the mother of two decided to hang out in the warm weather and not fly off to the over-the-top shindig. Because RiRi was spotted around Miami on Saturday, supporting her partner A$AP Rocky and his recent project.

The “Purple Swag” rapper (born Rakim Mayers) is currently collabbing with the iconic sneaker company PUMA on a motorsports apparel line.

A$AP, 35, was set to appear at CNCPTS in Wynwood for an “in store activation.” Ri-Ri’s cameo was apparently a surprise, and her name did not appear on the alert.

In other widely circulated pictures, the beauty entrepreneur cozies up to her man at FunDimension arcade, also in Wynwood. Fans and paparazzi swarm the power couple with their cellphones and cameras primed.

The Barbados native, 36, is sporting pink locks and plenty of diamonds, stealing the show like the queen she is.

On Monday night, Rihanna was apparently missed (as was another music superstar, who’s about to go back out on tour).

Ri-Ri has been known to don memorably daring outfits like her ginormous flower petal dress; impossibly long yellow train; and dapper women’s tuxedo.

“It was the most boring and least exciting gala than in years past,” a guest told People magazine. “The dresses were not as mesmerizing or crazy or outlandish, and it was a little slow — and less star power. There was no Rihanna or Taylor [Swift].”
