‘Not bad for 47’: See David Beckham strike a pose on the beach for his birthday
David Beckham has even more reasons to celebrate.
The soccer legend’s nine-year-long dream in Miami was realized when commissioners voted to approve the Freedom Park stadium last week.
No wonder he had a big smile plastered across his face this weekend. Plus: On Monday, the big man on campus turned 47.
Beckham and his famous wife Victoria started the festivities early in the Bahamas, by the looks of their social media.
The former Spice Girl posted a tribute to her athletic mate posing on the beach in just swim trunks.
“Not bad for 47,” she captioned one of snaps. “Lucky me.”
The designer also showed her followers a hilarious photo of Becks holding a carrot in his mouth with a pig about to take a bite in the Bahamas.
“Everyone loves you, David,” joked the caption. “Even pigs.”
This famous family, who live part time in Miami, sure loves a reason to party. Last month, Victoria had a party for her 48th at Sushi Fly Chicken in South Beach, with a giant cake.
And of course, before that, was the lavishly, over the top wedding of the duo’s oldest son Brooklyn to heiress-actress Nicola Peltz in Palm Beach.
