The government may not be throwing down another stimulus check anytime soon.

But at least Nicky Jam is stepping up during these tough times. And a bunch of Pollo Tropical workers in Miami were beneficiaries of Nicky’s generosity.

On Sunday, the reggaeton star stopped by the chicken restaurant in Little Havana, and handed out a bunch of cash to shocked employees.

Nicky teamed up with Palestinian entrepreneur Jay Mazini, who is known for doling out money to the needy.

Videos to both their Instagram accounts shows what went down.

Mazini enters first the place first with a large bag, and asks how many workers there were. He opens the sack and begins to dole out stacks upon stacks of green to each person behind the counter.

“Two thousand for you,” he says, casually handing out wads. “Two thousand for you.”

Then the big reveal: At the front door, it’s Nicky Jam.

“Oh my God! It’s him, it’s Nicky!” says someone off camera. Others scream.

The “El Amante” singer strides through the restaurant surrounded by bodyguards and begins handing out money as well.

“Blessings to you, my people,” he says, with a huge smile.

He even makes it rain for an excited woman with a small child standing in line.

“For you too, mami,” he said and they hug.

Nicky then goes behind the counter into the back, taking selfies with the employees, and the magical moment was over.

Next up, Nicky? Dressing up in a Santa suit? Walking on water, perhaps?

On his post, Nicky wrote: “I loved what @jaymazini is doing and I wanted to get involved in these difficult times.”

“Changed more lives,” wrote Mazini of the charitable act. “Me and my brother @nickyjam at Pollo Tropical. God bless you all my Latino brothers and sisters across the world, also to all races and religions.”

The clothing mogul said that nearly $40,000 was distributed.

It’s important to add that neither man was wearing a mask, which is required in Miami due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
