Rick Ross needs to take a coronavirus test if he wants to see his babies, says lawsuit
Rick Ross is dealing with some custody issues amid all the other craziness in the world.
The rapper’s ex girlfriend Briana Singleton filed an emergency order to have him take a coronavirus test before he can visit their two small children, TMZ first reported.
In court documents, Singleton, aka Briana Camile, claims Ross has failed to quarantine during the pandemic and she is concerned about him spending time with 2-year-old Billion and 3-year-old Berkeley. The documents, filed in Fayette County, Georgia, say Ross (whose paternity, ironically, has not been proven) hasn’t seen the children in nearly six months. Now that the hip hopper does want to spend time with them, mom is concerned about his health.
Evidence? Social media. Singleton says she has seen some posts of him traveling out of state. It’s unclear if he was in his hometown of Miami, as his Instagram posts are mostly throwbacks to happier days in Before Times.
Hey, Boss: It’s much easier to get tested these days, so what’s the holdup?
He seemed to express concern about the spread of COVID-19 back in March, appearing in a PSA with other celebrities pleading for us all to stay home.
“So the question of the day is, Do you care?” Ross says in the video. “If you care, you will stay in the house.”
