“Love & Hip Hop Miami” was almost as dramatic as “The Bachelor” Monday night.

The VH1 reality show had a case of the ex files.

Viewers saw a surprise visit by Annie, PreMadonna’s friend who used to date Emjay, Amara La Negra’s boyfriend.

Annie and Emjay apparently didn’t end well. She accused the rapper of using her financially and is concerned he may do more of the same with Amara.

But Emjay didn’t take the accusations lightly.

The bachata singer wrote on his Instagram stories: “Throwing salt on my name will only season my sauce.”

He also explained to his followers that he and Annie dated a decade ago for about three or four years and what’s past is past.

“Of course we had our ups and downs,” he admitted. “She was an older lady I was a stepfather of her kids. She did a lot of things for me. I thought we were cool.”

Emjay then says that producers edit scenes to look them more controversial than they are.

“You guys don’t see what’s going on. This is a relationship I had 10 years ago. They make it seem like it was [recent].”

Annie really seems to want to rock that boat.

“He’s riding your coattails, boo-boo, everybody knows that.”

“Feel free to elaborate,” says Amara with a frown.

In a confessional, the Miami singer doesn’t seem hot and bothered and thinks that Annie and Emjay have some unresolved issues.

“She didn’t tell me anything new,” she said.
