Shy Shelter Dog's Amazing Transformation Has Her Ready for a Forever Home-There's Just One Condition
A shy shelter dog at Los Angeles County's Carson Animal Shelter may have had a rough time adjusting to shelter life, but her fun-loving personality has also captured the hearts of everyone who knows her. Meet Siete!
Many shelter dogs like Siete feel overwhelmed in shelters, but that doesn't reflect their true colors. Just a few weeks ago, for example, this sweet girl was too afraid to get in the truck to attend an adoption event. But now she gets so excited to see her friends, and she never misses an opportunity to dress up.
@hicarsondogss This is Siete, and she's one of our more anxious pups at Carson Animal Shelter. She even missed an adoption event two weeks ago because she was too scared to get loaded into the truck She was surrendered alongside her bonded brother, Beamer, and they've been overlooked ever since. Siete is 4 years old and about 50 pounds. Beamer is 2 years old and about 56 pounds. Both are incredibly sweet dogs, and we'd love nothing more than to find them a home together. If you'd like to learn more about Beamer, you can find a video of him under his animal ID, or feel free to reach out to me directly. They're both available for adoption at Carson Animal Shelter and are hoping for a miracle together. Siete A5777681 Beamer A5777682 Carson Animal Shelter, Gardena CA. Monday-Saturday 11am-5pm. Walk ins welcomed.

Shy shelter dog, who? Surely not Siete! This adorable diva looks perfect in every dress and accessory, and once you win her trust, you'll have her entire heart.
"Poor baby, she is stressed, but you can see how sweet she is," commenter @e.s.ward noticed. I hope this can be a reminder to viewers that a scared dog is not an aggressive dog. Most of the time, a pup who's frightened needs space and time to realize they're safe.
Other dog moms know from experience what an amazing companion Siete will be. @Maciedoan shared, "Our anxious girl was so overwhelmed with the shelter. She is a different dog at home. Please give them a chance."
Siete's friends at the Carson Animal Shelter can't wait to see their sweet girl in her forever home, but there's a catch. Whoever adopts this Pit Bull princess will have to make a little extra room in their hearts-and their homes.
Adopting a Bonded Pair of Rescue Dogs

Beamer is a 2-year-old, 56-pound Australian Cattle Dog who's just as loving as his big sis. These two may need some time to settle in when they find their forever home, but with some time, patience, and lots of love, they're going to be the most joyful and affectionate furry friends.
Anyone in Southern California who's interested in meeting Beamer and Siete can do so at the Carson Animal Shelter. Walk-ins are always welcome during open hours, and these adorable siblings would love to meet you!
