Father's Day is Sunday, marking a day to celebrate dads, grandfathers and paternal figures of all kinds.

Central Florida offers a number of ways to celebrate the special men in your life - from free admission to attractions to a "Dad Games" competition.

Here are some ideas for enjoying Father's Day in the Orlando area.

Showcase of Citrus: The Clermont attraction lets dads take a free tour on a monster truck bus through native wetlands, citrus groves and Bigfoot territory. The deal can be reserved by calling the attraction at 352-856-0507. More information: showcaseofcitrus.com

Events

Freestyle Motocross Block Party: The inaugural event - hosted by Walter’s Tavern and The Great Southern Box Co. - features freestyle motocross stunts, BMX competitions, live entertainment, food, drinks and family activities. The free block party in the Packing District takes place from noon-10 p.m. with live DJs and music, outdoor bars, local vendors, fair-style food, drinks and a kid zone. VIP upgrades are available. Father's Day Adventure Race: This four-hour event in Little Big Econ State Forest invites fathers and participants of all ages for an adventure that includes trekking, biking, paddling and navigation.
