'Persona 4 Revival' Deep Dive Gameplay Livestream: How, When, and Where to Watch

Persona 4 Revival has been officially announced for quite some time, with a teaser trailer released last summer. Earlier this month, at the Xbox Games Showcase, Persona 4 Revival got its first full trailer, and Atlus also officially announced Persona 6, too. A gameplay deep dive is scheduled to happen soon, so here is everything you need to know about the event.

Announced by the Official Atlus West social media accounts, the showcase is scheduled for tomorrow, June 18, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The show will be broadcast on the Official Atlus WEST YouTube channel.

"This show's just getting started," the announcement post reads. "Get a deep dive into story, characters, battle system, and more with the Persona 4 Revival Broadcast."

As far as what could be shown, it seems, based on the announcement, that virtually every aspect of the game will be demonstrated. The game is a remake of Persona 4 Golden, which was originally released as an update to the vanilla Persona 4 game in 2012 for the PlayStation Vita. The Golden version has been re-released on all major modern platforms since then.

Atlus has hosted these gameplay deep dives in the past, most notably back in 2024 for Metaphor: ReFantazio, which shared a lot of gameplay elements from the Persona games.

The game's pre-order trailer showed several updates to the original game, including new voice actors, new recorded lines, and new UIs that closely resemble Atlus' signature sleek style, first introduced in Persona 5.

The trailer also gave us a glimpse at some new combat additions, including the Baton Pass mechanic from Persona 5 and Persona 3 Reload, and a new parry system in the dungeons before transitions to turn-based combat.

Fans won't have long to wait now to fully digest everything new Atlus has added to this remake of one of the all-time great JRPGs.

Persona 4 Revival is scheduled to release on February 18, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game will also be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
