The state’s quarterly report on injuries at theme parks reveals 12 incidents spread over six theme parks and one water park in the first three months of 2026.

The only attraction with multiple reports in the period was Universal Orlando’sHogwarts Express, the simulated train that connects two sides of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios theme parks. The latter two had pre-existing conditions, the report says.

That attraction had more reports than all of Universal’s roller coasters combined for the quarter. On Feb. 4, a 61-year-old man reported stroke symptoms after Jurassic World VelociCoaster at Isands of Adventure, and a 39-year-old man also have stroke symptoms on Feb. 24 after riding Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness, a coaster at Epic Universe.

Florida’s major theme parks self-report about visitors who are injured on their rides and require at least 24 hours of hospitalization. The totals are published quarterly through an agreement with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The state does not receive updates after the initial assessments.
