The Rubell Museum is now open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30am to 5:30pm. It’s restaurant, Leku, is open the same days for outdoor lunch service from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 adults, $12 seniors, $10 students and youth. Information at rubellmuseum.org, 305-573-6090.

Hampton Art Lovers House at Overtown’s Historic Ward Roomng House is hosting an exhibition of works by the late Purvis Young running through the fall. ”Purvis Comes Home: Manchild in the Promised Land,” explores Young’s vision of the neighborhood he called home. While you’re in the neighborhood, grab takeaway from Marcus Samuelsson’s Creamery, Lil Greenhouse Grill (with the city’s best collards), Groovin’ Bean coffee and bistro or Rosie’s Pop-up.
