Dolphins’ DeVante Parker practices but is still a long-shot to play Sunday

DeVante Parker is making progress. He just needs to make much more to get on the playing field.

The Dolphins wide receiver dressed for practice at the University of Washington’s Husky Stadium on Friday and went through warmups, running at least one route early in the session.

Still, he appears a ways off from being game-ready. The Dolphins officially listed him as questionable in their final injury report of the week.

Center Mike Pouncey is out for Sunday. He did not participate in practice, still recovering from a hip injury he sustained last month.

Linebacker Jelani Jenkins is the Dolphins’ other big question mark. He participated in the short window of practice open to the media, and Adam Gase seemed encouraged about his progress.

The Dolphins flew to Seattle on Thursday to help their bodies acclimate to the time zone change. They will have a walk-through here Saturday before opening their 51st season against the Seahawks on Sunday.
