Cops call him 'Manbun Creeper' for what he did in Publix
A Florida man who wears his hair in a bun is wanted after surveillance cameras caught him shooting upskirt videos at Publix.
St. Petersburg police called the suspect "Manbun Creeper" on Twitter as they released video from the Publix at 10496 Roosevelt Blvd. shot around noon on April 3. The man can be seen quickly squatting near women in skirts and using his cellphone to record the images.
