Two neighbors argued. Then, at least 2 guns came out. Now, 2 men are dead.
An afternoon neighborly dispute ended with two people shot dead and a third person airlifted to a trauma center, Miami-Dade police said Sunday.
Cops say the violence occurred around 5:40 p.m. Saturday at 22650 SW 274th St. Investigators say "Three neighbors were involved in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, two of the individuals produced firearms and shots were fired, striking all parties."
Miami-Dade property records identify Guillermo Martinez as the owner of 22650 SW 274th St. and Miami-Dade police identified Guillermo Martinez, the 78-year-old owner of 22650 SW 174th St., as the older of the two deceased. Also dead is West Miami-Dade resident Arian Loo, 35.
Airlifted to Jackson South Trauma was Miguel Jorge, 50, a neighbor of Martinez's.
