AMBER alert issued for Miami 10-month-old boy. His name is Noah.

Police have issued an AMBER alert asking for the public's help in finding a missing 10-month old boy from Miami, Noah Florvil.

Noah — who was wearing a gray shirt, gray pants and no shoes —was last seen at around 9:34 p.m. Sunday near 6603 NW 12th Ave.

"The child was last seen with a heavy set white female [named] 'Bella,' " Miami Police said in a statement. "[She has] blonde hair with a green streak in the front, last seen wearing a purple and pink bra, purple jacket, and black tights with a green, yellow and red flower."
