She may be headed to Germany with her baby daughter. Police say she needs to be stopped.
Nicole Raphael may be in Orlando or on the way to Germany with her 1-year-old daughter, Kimberly Raphael.
The problem: Police say there is a Broward County court order preventing her from doing so.
On Wednesday, Pembroke Pines police put out photos of mom and baby in hopes of locating them.
Raphael, 27, left their Pembroke Pines home March 3, police said.
"It is believed the mother is attempting to relocate to Germany with her daughter without the biological father’s permission," police said in a news release. "The mother is preventing the father from any contact with the child."
Police said there is an active order to pick up the child and an injunction to prevent her removal.
Raphael is described as being five feet, seven inches tall and 110 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Her daughter has brown curly hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Pembroke Pines Police Department at 954-431-2200 or Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
