Man with cerebral palsy missing since Friday has returned home
David Kevin Altaire, 60, is deaf and his cerebral palsy forces him to walk with forearm crutches. And he hadn’t been seen since Friday afternoon.
Soon after Pembroke Pines police enlisted the public’s help in finding Altaire, he wsa returned home Sunday morning, according to Pines police.
Altaire was last seen around the Pembroke Pines Senior Center community, 301 NW 103rd Ave., around 5:30 p.m. Friday. Police say he left with a change of clothes, some personal items and might’ve been trying to get to St. Petersburg.
