Neighbor Days at Jungle Island

Jungle Island’s annual promotion returns this weekend with Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach county residents paying only $15 admission to check out the animal shows, Parrot Cove beach and much more every weekend in September. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Monday at Jungle Island, 1111 Parrot Jungle Tr., Miami; www.jungleisland.com; $15.

Miami Marlins

The Marlins take on the New York Mets Saturday and Sunday; at Sunday’s game the first 10,000 take home a Marcell Ozuna bobblehead. Monday the Fish take on the Milwaukee Brewers. Ball & Chain 80th Anniversary

Little Havana hot spot celebrates its 80th anniversary as a live music hub with a stellar lineup of bands like The Baboons, Electric Piquete and more. Noon-3 a.m. Saturday-Sunday at Ball & Chain, 1513 SW 8th St., Miami; www.ballandchain.com; free.

Declaration Of Dance at Nikki Beach

Celebrate the end of summer with a daylong fete featuring a lineup of top DJs including Shlomo Aber, Kevin Sauderson and Marco. Noon-5 a.m. Saturday at Nikki Beach, 1 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach; 305-375-0179; $44 and tables are available.

Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails

Dine on the sands of Hallandale Beach at South Florida’s newest chic dining destination boasting New American cuisine and creative cocktails plus sweeping views of the ocean. Beach bar hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, second floor restaurant opens at 6 p.m. Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails, 111 S. Surf Rd., Hallandale Beach.

PAMM Picnic

Brunch at Tongue & Cheek

Tongue & Cheek’s notorious weekend brunch is being extended for a very special Labor Day edition with bottomless Bloody Marys, Bellinis and Mimosas ($25) and a Miami Spice brunch ($23) with three courses.
