Ex-Mayor of the City of Hialeah, Julio Robaina speaks to the media outside the C. Clyde Atkins federal courthouse in downtown Miami on Friday, May 17, 2013.  Robaina and his wife Raiza bonded out of jail after surrendering to authorities Friday morning.  The Robaina are charged with fraud, conspiracy and falsifying documents.
