Cote: Cousins wins Week 15, Stafford stays No. 1, Tua moves in Herald NFL QB rank

FALCONS’ COUSINS WINS WEEK 15, RAMS’ STAFFORD STAYS NO. 1, DOLPHINS’ TUA MOVES IN LATEST MIAMI HERALD NFL QUARTERBACK RANKINGS: The 28th season of the Herald’s Passer Success System (PASS) rankings is down to the final three weeks, and it’s looking like a four- or perhaps five-man battle for the 2025 season championship. Rams’ Matthew Stafford maintains No. 1 overall, slightly growing his lead, but Jared Goff, Dak Prescott and Drake Maye all are close enough to challenge, and maybe Josh Allen, too. Meanwhile, the Falcon’s Kirk Cousins wins the Week 15 title with a 48.65-point game in a high-scoring race. Five others topped 40 points, three inside the Top 20 and two others outside it. The Dolphins’ Tua Tagovailoa, aided by two fourth-quarter touchdown passes Monday night, bumps up one spot to 17th overall. Our ratings system is cumulative, not percentile-based, rewarding players who are consistently productive and avoid injury or benching. Bye weeks (now ended) negatively impacted affected players but evened out over the course of the season. Our formula factors accuracy, passing yardage, TD/interception ratio and team result. These are passer ratings per se and do not include a QB’s running statistics. The 2025 Top 20 (plus other Dolphins) entering Week 16:
