DARNOLD WINS HIGH-SCORING WEEK 9, TUA HOLDS STEADY, MAYE KEEPS TOP SPOT OVERALL IN MIAMI HERALD’S LATEST NFL QUARTERBACK RANKINGS: The 28th season of the Herald’s Passer Success System (PASS) rankings saw Seattle’s Sam Darnold wins Week 9 honors with a 48.50-point game, one of six 40-plus in a high-scoring week. Darnold becomes the ninth different weekly winner, an uncommon spreading of the wealth. Miami’s Tua Tagovailoa holds steady at 16th overall, while New England’s Drake Maye maintains No. 1 in the season Top 20 for a second straight week -- with a virtual three-way tie for second place.
