The Jimmy Butler/Heat drama has escalated to the point Butler is suspended seven games for conduct detrimental to the team after insinuations he wanted a trade out of Miami and was no longer finding joy on the court.
Now, just days after saying Butler would not be traded, cub president Pat Riley says the Heat will listen to offers ahead of the Feb. 6 NBA trade deadline. Butler can opt-out and become a free agent after this season.
What is your opinion of Butler in the midst of this drama? Is it favorable or unfavorable?
