NFL Thursday night: Ravens and Bengals, Burrow vs. Jackson a tasty Week 11 opener. Upset? Our pick

NFL WEEK 11

GREG COTE’S THURSDAY PICK

BENGALS (5-4) at RAVENS (7-3)

Line: BAL by 3 1/2.

Cote’s pick: BAL, 24-23..

TV: 8:15 p.m., Prime Video.

Enjoy a better-than-average Thursday night matchup to usher in NFL Week 11. This big NFC North duel finds both teams coming off disappointing upset losses, Cincy to Houston, and Baltimore with a blown-lead defensive collapse vs. Cleveland. The “under” has cashed in 11 consecutive prime-time games in a lower-scoring season generally, but this one looks to buck that trend. Five of past six in this rivalry have gone “over,” including Ravens’ 27-24 win in Week 2 that avenged Crows’ loss to Cincinnati in last year’s wild-card playoffs. Bengals’ edge-rush injuries should open it up a bit for Lamar Jackson, but Cincy is on a 10-1 run beating the spread as road dogs and should do it again.
