NFL Week 6 launches in a way that reminds us the internal battle of Logic vs. Gut is never-ending, much as my personal duel vs. fried foods is epic and ongoing. Logic wants to insist on favored Indy here. Colts dominate this AFC South series 20-4 and have won nine consecutive games on the Thursday stage – pretty hefty trends. Yet here comes Gut, undeterred. Thursday home teams are 4-1 this year, and Texans have the defensive playmakers to bother and cool Andrew Luck. Also, Arian Foster has 752 yards rushing and a 6.6 average in five full career games vs. Nags. Bonus fact: The two great ex-Canes, Colt Reggie Wayne and Texan Andre Johnson, bring into this game a combined 1,990 career catches for 26,931 yards and 142 TDs. Wayne is 50 yards from 14K and Johnson 19 yards from 13K, neither a cinch for Canton but both with a good shot.
