Greg Cote Show podcast: Inside Dan Le Batard roast — best & worst. Plus Dolphins-Bucs (ugh), Lobos
The latest Greg Cote Show podcast, out now, takes you inside and behind the scenes of the Dan Le Batard roast -- Jax Celebrity Roast IV put on by Heat broadcaster Jason Jackson on Saturday night at DAER nightclub at the Hard Rock in Hollywood.
Zoo Miami’s Ron Magill, film director Billy Corben, comedian Gene Harding and Jackson “honored” Le Batard at the charity roast, by which we mean made fun of him mercilessly. It was delightful!
We roast the roast, highlighting the best of it, making fun of the worst and taking you inside the VIP after-party, which took place behind velvet ropes with the Fury-Wilder fight going on in the background.
Also, Chris reveals his controversial strategy for bidding at a charity auction. And the guys discuss the attention-getting outfit Greg wore to the roast.
Greg and Chris also discuss the Miami Dolphins’ putrid 45-17 loss at Tampa Bay. My column from the game may or may not be coherent. If not, let’s blame me staying up way too late at a lonnng roast that may have featured alcohol, grabbing a few hours sleep, then driving 3 1/2 hours to Tampa early Sunday morning.
This is our 39th podcast of 2021 and 81st overall and we welcome you back as always!
