The Greg Cote Show With Greg Cote podcast tackles the strife in America over the George Floyd killing in Episode 14 — but it wouldn’t be us if we didn’t bring you some fun, too. And so we do!
For fun, Greg and guest Ron Magill of Zoo Miami put on the gloves and continue their Duck War over the pros and cons of feeding those waddling neighborhood creatures.
Our main guest, though, is Luther Campbell — Uncle Luke — who reacts to the police killing of an unarmed man in custody in Minneapolis, and the often violent protests that have resulted across America. Campbell speaks from the heart and with perspective as one of the respected faces and voices of Miami’s black community.
Campbell of course passionately follows Miami Hurricanes football as well, so we could not have him on without discussing the Canes and Manny Diaz as well. Luke as some very intresting thinsg to say, bringing in conversations he has had (as a local high school coach) in recruiting talks with LSU’s Ed Orgeron and Alabama’s Nick Saban.
