TSA may stop travelers who have a Super Bowl program in their luggage

Are you the proud owner of a Super Bowl 54 program?

If so, don’t put it in your luggage if you’re traveling through Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

The TSA agents stop you — and it’s not because they want to leaf through a keepsake.

The program’s metallic material could trigger a “thorough inspection of your bags,” according to FLL.

Trust us, you — and the rest of the passengers in line — can’t afford the delay. The airports are expecting heavy congestion, with more than 90,000 people flying out of Miami.

Instead, place the program in your carry-on bag and take it out once you arrive at the TSA checkpoint. Both airports say you should place it in its own bin to avoid possible delays.

Once it passes through TSA, you should put it back in your carry-on. You don’t want to accidentally leave the memento behind.
