Feb. 16: First day for clubs to designate Franchise or Transition Players.

Feb. 23-Feb. 29: NFL Scouting Combine, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, Indiana.

March 1: Deadline for clubs to designate Franchise or Transition Players (4 p.m.).

March 7-9: Legal tampering period for unrestricted free agents.

March 9: Free agency begins.

March 20-23: Annual NFL meetings, Boca Raton.

April 4: Dolphins offseason workout program can begin.

April 28-30: NFL Draft, Chicago.

May 6-9: Rookie minicamps.

June 19-25: Rookie Symposium, Aurora, Ohio.
