What’s the significance of Monday’s game?
The Dolphins lost a narrow, 33-27 contest to the Patriots in Week 2.
Since then, the Patriots have amassed an impressive 13 wins and look to be in play for the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC. While Miami’s season has gone in the opposite direction, the Dolphins still have an opportunity to set the tone Sunday for the foreseeable future, especially considering that the Patriots appear ready to dominate the AFC East for quite some time.
“This game means a lot,” rookie defensive tackle Kenneth Grant said. “Not only is it a divisional rival, it can set the tone for next year. A win right now can boost us into next year with confidence.
