Dolphins v. Browns live updates: rookie QB Quinn Ewers moves up the depth chart
The Miami Dolphins kick off against the Cleveland Browns at 1 p.m. but keep it locked here for all the early updates.
QUINN EWERS QB2:
Looks like the rookie is slowly climbing the depth chart.
Ewers will officially serve as Tua Tagovailoa’s backup in Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
This will be the first time that the former Texas standout has been active for an NFL game.
Journeyman Zach Wilson will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
INACTIVES:
The Dolphins won’t have defensive back Elijah Campbell (quadricep) and Storm Duck (ankle) as the two continue to rehab their respective injuries.
Edge rusher Matthew Judon also won’t suit up, a surprise considering he didn’t have an injury designation. Other inactives include wide receivers Cedrick Wilson Jr. and Tahj Washington as well as defensive tackle Zeek Biggers.
