Here’s everything you need to know about Thursday’s Dolphins-Bills game
The Miami Dolphins will face the Buffalo Bills on Thursday for the first time in 2025.
Here’s what you need to know:
When is the game?
Thursday’s game starts at 8:15 p.m.
Where is the game?
The game will be played at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y.
How can I watch the game?
The game can be watched on Amazon Prime or NFL+. Local viewers can also tune in via CBS4 Miami.
Who isn’t suiting up?
As of Wednesday afternoon, the Dolphins will be without tight end Darren Waller (hip), cornerback Storm Duck (ankle) and safety Ifeatu Melifonwu (calf).
Three key players — defensive tackle Benito Jones (oblique), edge rusher Chop Robinson (knee) and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (shoulder) — are questionable.
The Dolphins, however, will get have tailback Jaylen Wright (knee) and cornerback Ethan Bonner (hamstring), both who missed the first two games of the season. Center Aaron Brewer (hip) and wideout Malik Washington (thumb) popped up on Monday’s injury report yet they too will suit up.
What’s the significance of Thursday’s game?
The Dolphins are 0-2.
If they fall to 0-3, their playoff hopes take a significant hit.
But let’s forget the record for a bit. The Bills have straight-up dominated the Dolphins since Josh Allen came into the league. In fact, the reigning MVP has not lost to the Dolphins at home.
That, more than anything, should be motivation for Thursday. Yes, you have a short week. Yes, you have a few missing starters. And yes, you are off to a terrible start to the season. Pull off a win at Highmark, however, and everything can change.
Wins like that can help galvanize the team — especially because virtually nobody has given the Dolphins a chance.
