Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert to miss his fourth game of the season against the New York Jets

The Miami Dolphins will be without veteran running back Raheem Mostert (hip) when they face the New York Jets on Sunday, NFL insider Ian Rapoport first reported.

Mostert injured his hip in the Week 11 win against the Las Vegas Raiders. This will be the fourth game that Mostert has missed in 2024. The 10-year veteran was out three games early in the season after he sustained a chest injury in the season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Dolphins will also get back starting inside linebacker Anthony Walker Jr. who missed last week’s game against the Green Bay Packers with a hamstring injury. Corner back Kader Kohou will also return after an injured lower back kept him out of most the Packers game.

Other inactives include corner back Ethan Bonner, offensive lineman Andrew Meyer, tight end Jack Stoll, wide receiver River Cracraft and Skylar Thompson who will serve as the emergency third quarterback.

With Mostert out, expect Jaylen Wright and maybe even Jeff Wilson Jr., who has been a healthy scratch for most of the season, to see an uptick in carries.
