Are you planning on watching a Dolphins training camp practice? What you need to know

The Miami Dolphins will allow fans to watch 10 training camp practices in person this summer, the first coming on Sunday, July 30. Tickets for practices have sold out. But if you have a ticket and are planning to attend one of the sessions, here is what you need to know.

TRAINING CAMP DATES OPEN TO FANS

Sunday, July 30, 10:30 a.m.

Monday, July 31, 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Aug. 1, 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 3, 10:30 a.m.

Friday, Aug. 4, 10:30 a.m. (Practice is only open to Dolphins season ticket members)

Saturday, Aug. 5, 11 a.m. (Team scrimmage at Hard Rock Stadium)

Tuesday, Aug. 8, 10 a.m. (Joint practice with the Atlanta Falcons)

Wednesday, Aug. 9, 10 a.m. (Joint practice with the Atlanta Falcons)

Wednesday, Aug. 23, 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 24, 10:30 a.m.

In the event of inclement weather, practice will be moved inside and is thus no longer open to the public. The Dolphins will give updates on time changes or weather cancellations on their Twitter account, @MiamiDolphins.

Parking

All parking is free in the designated parking lot on property. Enter Carl F Barger Blvd off of 199th St and staff will direct guests to Gate 10 for parking. There is no payment required for parking.

Seating

Seating at training camp is general admission. Shaded bleachers, including ADA seating, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also a grass berm offering additional seating.

Dolphins training camp is also ADA accessible and ADA golf carts will be available to bring guests to the gates. Like general seating, ADA admission is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prohibited items

The following items cannot be brought to Dolphins training camp:

Alcohol

Food and/or drink of any kind (there will be concessions for sale at each practice

Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate

Bags not compliant with the NFL Bag Police

Umbrellas, poles or brooms

Alcoholic beverages

Pets (only service animals are allowed)

Any electronic device that isn’t a camera, cell phone or iPod/MP3

Drones

Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)

Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member

More than one item per person for autograph purposes

Strollers

Cameras with lenses exceeding 8”

Bag Policy

Backpacks and bags are not allowed at practice. The Dolphins follow the NFL’s Game Day Bag Policy, which allows one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Fans are also permitted to carry a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse.

Cameras

Fans are allowed to bring cameras that feature lenses under 8” and have no flash but audio and video recording is prohibited.

Other things to know

Strollers are not allowed at training camp.

Fans can bring a lawn chair but lawn chair seating is only allowed on the grass berm and cannot block the walkway.

Smoking is permitted at the Baptist Health Training Complex.
