When the legal negotiating window opens at noon on Monday, the Dolphins will be able to contact and enter negotiations with unrestricted free agents. Miami already made one of the biggest moves of the offseason by agreeing to trade for Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey. But the Dolphins still have needs at running back, tight end, inside linebacker and safety.
