Who’s active, inactive for the Dolphins’ season opener vs. the New England Patriots?
Defensive tackle Raekwon Davis and outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel are both active for the Dolphins’ season opener against the New England Patriots.
Davis was a late addition to the injury report, limited on Thursday and Friday with a knee injury. Van Ginkel was limited throughout the week of practice in the aftermath of an appendectomy. Both players were listed as questionable to play.
Safety Eric Rowe, who was listed as questionable with a pectoral injury, is inactive. With Rowe sidelined, undrafted rookie Verone McKinley III, who was elevated from the practice squad, could see special teams and defensive snaps in his NFL debut.
Veteran wide receiver River Cracraft, who was also elevated from the practice squad, is active.
The Dolphins also deactivated cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, rookie wide receiver Erik Ezukanma, rookie wide receiver Erik Ezukanma, running back Salvon Ahmed (heel), rookie tight end Tanner Conner (knee) and outside linebacker Trey Flowers.
